Bluebird is pleased to announce the publication of a prospectus in relation to the admission of its entire issued share capital (the “Shares”) to the Official List (by way of standard listing under chapter 14 of the Listing Rules) of the United Kingdom Listing Authority (the “UKLA”), and for admission to trading on the London Stock Exchange plc’s main market for listed securities, in connection with the proposed placing of the Shares (the “Placing“).
