Bluebird Merchant Ventures (EPIC: BMV), the Korean focused gold development is pleased to announce an Operational and Strategic Update.
The Company notes Southern Gold’s recent Strategic Direction Update on 9 February 2022 and subsequent Q&A by Chairman, Greg Boulton. The Company has since held productive discussions with Southern Gold with respect to ways that they can be of assistance in progressing the South Korean gold projects to production.
The South Korean government is expected to announce a further easing of restrictions in the coming weeks and as such the Company is presently making plans for the team to commence work in April in South Korea leading to construction at Kochang.
The Company is also in the process of revising the economic model for the South Korean projects to reflect Kochang being scheduled as the first mine to progress towards production and also the current gold price.
